Welcome to Coco Wellness Spa. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, booking platform, and the aesthetic, wellness, and medical services we provide at our Anna, Texas location. By accessing our website or booking any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Coco Wellness Spa website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms or conditions referenced herein. If you are booking on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their authorization to do so and that they also agree to these Terms.
2. Services
Coco Wellness Spa provides medical aesthetic and wellness services including, but not limited to:
- Injectables (Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers)
- IV vitamin therapy and peptide treatments
- Medical weight loss programs (Semaglutide)
- HydraFacials, chemical peels, and skin rejuvenation
- Laser hair removal
- Therapeutic massage and infrared sauna
- Membership and loyalty programs
All treatments are performed by licensed medical professionals. Specific services, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or modify any service if we determine it is not medically appropriate for a client.
3. Medical Consultation & Consent
Prior to receiving any medical-grade treatment, you must complete a health intake form and undergo a consultation with our licensed Nurse Practitioner or certified provider. Certain treatments require informed consent, which you must sign before treatment begins.
You agree to disclose all relevant medical history, current medications, allergies, and conditions that may affect your treatment. Failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in refusal of treatment and you assume all risks associated with incomplete disclosure.
Results from aesthetic and wellness treatments vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and no treatment is without risk.
4. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows
Booking: Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card may be required to hold certain appointments.
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
No-Shows: Clients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service amount. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for all future bookings.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to accommodate other clients. Late arrivals are still subject to full payment.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at our facility.
Membership fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Membership requires a minimum commitment of six (6) months. Early cancellation of a membership before the minimum term is completed may be subject to an early termination fee.
Certain promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue promotions at any time.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of medical aesthetic and wellness services, all sales are final. Treatments and services that have already been performed are non-refundable.
Unused prepaid services or packages may be eligible for credit toward other treatments, subject to management approval. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge so we can investigate and resolve the matter.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and design elements — is the property of Coco Wellness Spa and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.
8. User Conduct
You agree to use our website and services lawfully and respectfully. You shall not:
- Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information
- Attempt to access unauthorized areas of our systems or website
- Use our website to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Harass, threaten, or disrespect our staff or other clients
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these conduct standards or behaves in a manner we deem inappropriate or unsafe.
9. Limitation of Liability
Coco Wellness Spa, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to treatment results, allergic reactions, or complications from procedures.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coco Wellness Spa, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Collin County, Texas.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
